Operatory.io provides competitive intelligence reports, patient acquisition analytics, and managed marketing services for dental practices. Reports are delivered digitally and are for the exclusive use of the purchasing practice. Reports may not be resold or redistributed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time report purchases are non-refundable once report generation has begun. Monthly subscription services may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our reports are based on publicly available data and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, Operatory.io does not warrant that all information in reports is complete or error-free. Reports should be used as one input among many in business decision-making.
Operatory.io's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
